I understand things happen and often other patients may be late to appointments, BUT rarely am I taken into my appointment timely, even though I arrive plenty early and ready. Pretty strange.Next, there are ALWAYS many negative schedule/timing issues with CleanSlate. Basically a waste of time, since he more-or-less told me I mustve taken the wrong medication (obv I wasnt) and he never got the answer to my insurance question! Earlier, he literally said to me, Oh someone shouldve told you to bring a video game or something and he was too busy pecking with 1 finger at the keyboard to answer the few, simple questions I had at the time. It is a true PLEASURE having her as part of my support team and I feel like she is one of the MOST knowledgeable people there! Cheers to her, thanks for everything you do!!However, cant quite say that for MEDICAL personnel- I havent even been told my doctors name, nor do I know if Ive ever seen him(her?)!!During one of my first appts, I sat in front of a mans desk while he instant-messaged someone re: what my insurance covered. She remembers details of my personal life, asks about specific things, etc. The woman whom I see via laptop each visit, pretty sure her names Clarissa, is FANTASTIC. Ive been going to CleanSlate for over 3 months now, and Im starting to enjoy getting to know the counsellors/staff.
